De getuigen sterven (The Witnesses Die) was a small book published only in Dutch (Amsterdam, 1967, Bezige Bij). It reported on the deaths of several witnesses to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. As some of these demises seemed untimely, there has been speculation that the witnesses were deliberately silenced.
